Hello dear reader, My self Marmik D Patel, I'm a certified personal trainer from vapi. I'm new into the industry officially but I've transferred few peoples from fat to fit and skinny to toned before having the certification. But now I'm certified coach. I my self has lost 22 kg fat and now currently I'm in my muscle gaining phase I've gained 7 kgs of lean mass and still continues the process. I have open personal training slots from 4.00 PM TO 8.00 PM (Only gym based because home-based workouts won't last long for better results.) if anyone wants to achive their fitness goals let's get started with me.
