Sourav Golui

My name is Sourav Golui. I born and bought-up at Mumbai.
Now coming to my Academic Qualification.
I have done my schooling from Guru Nanak High School Mumbai. After that I have done my graduation Bachelor of commerce from Ramchand Kimatram Talreja college from University of Mumbai at 2022 year .
During graduation I started my career as Telemarketing
executive with GIgIndia Amazon Pay project. Basically it was up selling process where I had to make call to customer and explain offers on call and explain benefits of new application and convince them to download new application on call. It was great experience for me I learn lots of thing there but for more growth opportunity I left my previous organization. Then I start my career as Customer support executive at Tech Mahindra at Flipkart voice process .Basically in this process we have to solve customer queries on call regarding shopping ,website and Application. It was great experience for me I learn lots of thing there but for more growth opportunity I left my previous organization.
Now coming to my hobby, I love travelling, Drawing and playing cricket.
