Brief on M.E-Thesis:
Performance Analysis of a Flyover Project using Earned Value Management- in "Construction of Grade Separator at Km.1/8 of Erode-Perundurai-Kangeyam Road near Government Hospital" project undertaken by M/s. Renaatus Project Pvt. Limited.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical Assistant:
1) Preparation of lecture plan for each semester for construction management subject.
2) Assisting in providing on classroom lecture to B.E students of BEC.
3) BEC being an authorized laboratory to test building materials, I have conducted quality tests and prepared reports for the same.


Junior Site Engineer:

1) Execution of work as per drawing and standards both discipline (Architecture and Structural works)

2) Monitoring the project works in compliance with specification and drawing parameters.

3) Supervision of frame work structure (Formwork, Reinforcement, Concrete) and finishing work (Block work, Plastering, Flooring, Painting).

4) Organizing site progress and coordination meetings.

5) Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports.

6) Support the Quality Control team for implementation of organizationâ??s Quality control tools.

7) Carry out periodic review of the allotted processes, identify degree of compliance and initiate necessary process improvement

8) Carry out daily onsite inspection of works, identify degree of compliance, advice actions in line with the organization quality goal.

9) Carry out on-time submittals review in line with organization quality standards and initiate remedies for deviation identified.

Document Controller:
1) Manage all project documentation generated by RAKINDO and by contractors.

2) Implement RAKINDO Document Control processes, procedures, and specifications to ensure accurate records of all project official documentation generated by RAKINDO or contractor

3) Maintain accurate file structure for all project documentation and provide technical support and assistance for the electronic document management system.

4) Demonstrate Zero tolerance towards non compliance organization Health & Safety goals.

Junior Quantity Surveyor:
1) Taking off quantities as per issued GFC drawing.

2) Reviewing the documents required as per contractual terms submitted by Contractor.

3) Verification of Contractorâ??s running account bills and final bills as per contract condition.

6) Reconciliation of cement and steel in the site.
