Teaching Experience in detail in Class 10 Tuition

Hello students I have a teaching experience of almost 4 years now and with increasing the years I am also enjoying it teaching students and seeing them get good marks.It becomes easier now to connect with student and make studies more easier.have thought maire than 50 students now make me feel that learning becomes easy when done in a fun way because everything has its own way of dealing with. Just like studies every subject has its own way of learning it and in a very easier way,it actually depends upon the teacher who is teaching how she makes the students learn the things and in a way that student can easily catch it with not lot of burden of mugging up things in his head.For me learning means understanding things first and then it automatically becomes easier for us to even learn them.As a teacher I know every student is different and everybody has to be handled differently the way they understand and learn things and how there basics are clear from there past classes.No subject is difficult when it is learnt by reading facts. Teaching is something is done with your heart and mind in it because if the teacher is not teaching with their heart then the student can not understand it in a great way. The teacher should love their job to do it so that they can make the student learn the things the right way and not get bored of it .If you are doing with your heart it just becomes easier to learn and understand. Because I know one should understand things not just keep learning things so that they get confused in everything.
