Now pause for a minute and think aloud. Are you doing your best for yourself? Scores are never the criteria for being a very successful person. You can see around for yourself and find many people who scored very poor in their school but are now revered in their field of work. And I am not talking of eminent scientists or CEO, but ordinary people with regular jobs/business but being very successful.
So, now coming to scoring. One can always score in the school exams if they have practised the lessons ten times. But do you think in your future when you would be working or preparing for more significant things you would get time to practise ten times? No. The best way to learn is to learn the "Basics". When your basics and concepts are clear, you can tackle any problems that come your way. You can understand things which are based on those concepts. You would never need to go back to look for those basics and read again to follow the next thing. When your basics are clear, you are the master of the next thing.
Just spend some time to think if you are really on the right track if your basics are apparent because this is the time when you can build yourself into a better person with the best qualities.
