  2. Never do anything to impress anyone. Do it to express yourself. 
  3. Break your comfort zone by practising one particular habit(to start with) consistently for a few days/weeks/months/a year. E.g., Waking up at a specific time daily. 

Take the support of someone who cares for you & takes their feedback to monitor your progress.
