My ultimate objective as a teacher is to nurture my students to develop their own learning interests and creative thinking to launch activity based learning (ABL) environment through my classroom. In particular, my way of teaching is to understand the gross root level knowledge of the students, based on that I will prepare my teaching methodology. Due that effect, I prepare lesson plans always considering the interconnection between the student’s own knowledge, culture and learning abilities, the subject matter discussed in class, and current debates on social issues. I choose subject and activities are both significant and challenging for the students so that they are stimulated to think “beyond” their comfort zone and feel involved in their own learning process. My commitment and approach towards teaching definitely reach your expectations and objectives.
