I am Kanaga Dharshini Balaguru, and I bring 1.5 years of experience as an Accounts Receivable Caller at Omega Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. During my tenure, I gained expertise in managing claim denials, following up on unpaid claims, and resolving claims-related issues. My ability to communicate effectively with insurance representatives and handle challenging situations with patience has been a key strength in my role.

Academically, I hold a Postgraduate degree in English from Jamal Mohamed College, Trichy, and completed my schooling at Chellammal Matric Girls Higher Secondary School. Additionally, I have certifications in English and Tamil typewriting, Computer on Office Automation, and C programming language.

Beyond my professional skills, I am also certified as a Professional Makeup and Mehndi Artist, combining creativity with precision.

My core strengths include being self-motivated, confident, and possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Outside of work, I enjoy teaching and mentoring, particularly helping my siblings enhance their skills, as well as practicing intricate mehndi designs. These activities not only foster my personal growth but also refine my patience, creativity, and ability to adapt to new challenges.
