About Me: I started practising yoga ten years ago to reduce stress and improve my flexibility. I quickly fell in love with the practice and its physical and mental benefits. I decided to become a yoga teacher to share my love of yoga with others and help them experience its many benefits. As an Ayurvedic doctor, Yoda helps provide my patients with proper mind-body treatment and healing.

I teach a gentle and restorative yoga style accessible to students of all levels of experience. I focus on creating a safe, supportive environment where students learn and grow. Yoga is a journey, not a destination, and I am honoured to be a part of my students' yoga journey.
