In addition to my Post Graduation in Yoga and other credentials, I am a member of the Indian Yoga Association (Yoga Professional Member – YPM) and a Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT® 500) with Yoga Alliance International. I have completed training in Yoga Philosophy, Meditation, Mindfulness, Yoga Nidra, Anatomy & Physiology and other disciplines, allowing me to provide a well-rounded and holistic approach to yoga.
My goal is to inspire and motivate my students to incorporate yoga into their daily lives and to improve their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
