My work has involved extensive presentations and, with over four years of experience in managing clients in-person and via online channels, I’ve honed my skills in business communication and etiquette—particularly in roles like Social Media Manager at HTIC Global and Content Coordinator at Aweb Digital.

My background combines both formal qualifications and practical experience in marketing and business professionalism. This, along with my hands-on experience mentoring team members, positions me well to guide students in mastering business English, presentation skills, and professional etiquette.

A fun fact—I wanted to be a Professor and I'm a really good teacher (who now volunteers every week with an non-profit NGO to teach underprivileged kids). So there, you don't have to worry about your soft skills training at all! You're in good hands! ☺️💪🏻
