I help my Corporate Clienteles feel good with the moves they are doing and implement Biomechanics into the class so that the participants get the most out of their workout.
I am a certified yoga instructor, completed IRYT 200 which is internally approved. My teaching methodology is based on helping clients develop their strength, flexibility and balance.
