I started my yoga journey when I was 17 years old as a yoga competitor, during my graduation I started to study yoga education from reputed yoga institute YOG VIDYA GURUKUL , NASIK , after that I started teaching yoga classes (private & group), after graduation I done POST GRADUATION YOGA THERAPY FROM KAIVALYADHAMA, LONAVALA for 18 months and 6 months internship .After completion of yoga therapy I started working as a yoga therapist for 5 years , during this period I also completed 400 hours RYT (YOGA ALLIANCE USA) certification in hatha and Ashtanga yoga and still teaching different types of yoga. I also worked as a yoga teacher & therapist for 4years in Beijing.
