• Experienced in Material Management Master Data- Vendor Management, Purchase Info Record, and Source List, with hands-on knowledge of Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Goods Receipt and Invoice Verification Process.
• Experience in Quality Management Module areas – Q-Info record, Inspection Plan, In-Process Inspection, Goods receipt inspection from production, Defect recordings. Worked on Quality notification for recording internal problem Notification during production run and include batch characteristics as part of Inspection.
• Worked in Solution Manger on Charm creation/Updation, Configuration and Documentation.
• PP-PI area involves: Mapping of Recipe, Process order, Control recipe destination keys, Creation and execution of ABAP based and browser-based PI sheet.
• Experience in working with batch management, batch classification, batch characteristics. Worked with batch sort rules, batch search strategy and batch shelf life of the materials. And involved in tracking customer returns using batch management.
• Good understanding of Data Integration points in PP with MM, QM, SD, PM and CO modules.
• Rich experience in Requirement gathering from end users and transforming the requirements into functional documents in RICEFW objects.
• Worked on Data Migration from Legacy system to SAP using LSMW and BDC Procedures for Interface related issues.
• Worked with User Exits, Interface (MES, PPS,TIETO,QIANA,QUINTIQ and Enhancements based on requirements.
