Myself Dr. Manpreet Dhaliwal MBA, M.phil and PHD in Management is working as Manager Capacity Building, Department of Local bodies ,PMIDC –Handling World bank Project ,Government of Punjab..Prior to this I worked Assistant Professor in MRSPTU Bathinda as well as the Head of the department in BGC, Sardulagarh as well as headed the Training and placement cell.
An Author of two books I have a wide rich experience in teachings as well as trainings from last 8 years.
I am the resource person for Mahatma Gandhi State Institute of Public Administration Chandigarh providing trainings to senior as well as junior govt.officers of Punjab. I have trained approx.500 govt officers under various training programmes. Certified National trainer By DOPT, Govt.of india in various training levels I handled various projects too .I also worked as Admission coordinator as well as excellent speaker and stage presenter. I have also designed various programs for students for pre-placement sessions.
I am an NLP Practitioner certified from USA as well as practice yoga and Reiki. My thesis was on Stress among women and till her research on stress continues in various fields.
I have also presented papers at various National, International Conferences and seminars as well as attended various Faculty development Programs . I presented my paper on Quality of work life among Sanitation people in USA, University of Riverside. I have also established Comm.Skills lab and certified Invigilator by British Council ,UK. My area of specialization are Comm.Skills, HRM and Human Psychology
