Excel is mainly a spreadsheet tool you use for calculations, organizing data, and basic charts. It's great for personal or small data projects but can slow down with lots of data. Power BI, on the other hand, is specialized for analyzing big data, creating interactive reports, and making detailed dashboards to share insights. While Excel does a bit of everything and is perfect for quick calculations and data lists, Power BI is better for digging deep into data, finding patterns, and sharing those findings with others easily. So, if you're working on complex data analysis or need to share insights widely, Power BI is the way to go.
