I hold a strong academic background in psychology, with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Auro University, where I graduated with top honors. Currently, I'm pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology at Indira Gandhi National Open University, expected to complete in July 2024.

My practical experience includes internships at prestigious clinics, where I conducted psychological assessments, collaborated with licensed psychologists in psychotherapy sessions, and engaged in administrative tasks. I actively participated in a Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) training workshop and was recognized for research on heightened exam stress levels among students post-COVID-19.
