I used to dance earlier, but I discontinued because of health issues. When I checked my skills with some dance steps, I was not satisfied with my body language. I think I have lost my skills, and I want to regain my past dance skills. Will I be able to do that?

Yes, you can regain your dance skills. And for that, you need comprehensive training so by practising the skills you can get it back. It's just that the skills which you have can't be ruined.
