Overview

I am a certified yoga trainer. I have been practicing yoga since my pregnancy, i.e. 5 years ago and been teaching yoga in my locality since 2 years in Surat. Shifted to Bangalore 11 months ago got certified in February 2020. I am Bcom graduate and I'm proficient in instructing in English and Hindi.
I am good with Ashtanga ,viniyasa form of yoga and Hatha yoga and prenatal yoga as well. I keep my class intersting by using different props and every single class of mine is different than the other.
I focus on flexibility, corestrengthning , weight loss body toning and energizing and I close my session with pranayama or yoga nidra.
