I face difficulties when switching to other chords. Is there an easy way to learn switching?

No, there's no easy way to learn to switch chords. The easiest way to change chords is taking random and easy strumming patterns like DD UDUD D DU and chords pattern of C, Am, G, D and do practice on lower tempo like 60 or 65. Practice it as much as possible.
