OUR VISION is that each child's multiple intelligences are recognized and nurtured so that they grow into socially, academically and emotionally well adjusted individuals, learning life skills along the way that help them to realize their full potential.

Step by Step Play School is a Foundation School and Day Care Centre, created by Mrs Kamal Philip (B.Sc Home Science, with Child Development & Psychology, Bachelor of Journalism & B.Ed.) She has over 20 years experience in the field of education. Married to an army officer she is widely travelled all over the country and abroad, and has worked with children in some of the premier institutions of the country. She is assisted by trained and dedicated teachers and staff.

CURRICULUM
Synergizing the best of 'Montessori and Play Way', the curriculum is theme based to develop, communicative skills, small motor development, cognitive and analytical, mathematical, linguistic and social skills with value education thrown in for good measure.
To ensure the above, varied activities are woven into the curriculum. For maximum exposure, all festivals and children's birthdays are celebrated. The school also frequently organizes field trips.
