As 18th was the day for form distribution I stood in the queue early this morning from 5 am and my disappointment after standing for 7 hours I did not get the "Bank Receipt" to collect the forms. What was really dissatisfying was the system, 500 + people standing in a Queue with the bank just having one counter and sad to say but a bank that's little larger than a ATM space.

The Bank counter was open from 9 AM - 12 Pm in the process they distributed around 265 receipts. If it wasn't for one kind gentle man who incidentally happened to be one of the parents things would have been lots worst, this gentle man gave out tokens, maintained the Queue and stayed on till the last ensuring who ever he could help, Had it not been for him I doubt even 100 Receipts would have been distributed.

My question is, what was the school authority doing, things need to be organized in a more timely manner. Bad enough, like me other parents had to take a days off but to no avail.

Here are my suggestions

1. Please have multiple counters (though queuing system is a primitive system- at least its better than what I saw today.
2. Proper Guidance
3. Use of Technology Please, putting every thing on line saves every ones time and money.

That's all I have to say, but considering that SFX is a good school, I at least expected better consumer/Customer service. Hope some one reads this and going forward improves on the current system.

You can refer the previous comment of mine. The age should be 4+ years as on 1st June 2013 for LKG.

Which school you are referring to. as per the notice board sfx is issuing the forms on 18th & 19th Jan 2013 i have confirmed today by personally visiting the school in frazer town

Admission forms for LKG will be given on Friday and Saturday Morning, 11th and 12th from 9am to 11am is what we found at Notice Board of SFX.

We are sailing in the same boat. I am looking for the admission in third standard for my daughter. I called the school admin. They said ' the chances are rare but still we can check the notice board of the school in the month of April 2013 if there is any vacancy' . Getting in this school in between is very difficult.
