I am Komal Sharma, B.Com graduated from Calcutta University in 2010 and a trained Montessori and Primary teacher.
I had worked in Montessori School “I Play I Learn” where I was awarded with “Gold Trophy” and currently teaching in a tuition center called “Learning is Fun" in my locality. Along with this, I am taking online as well as offline classes.
In the journey of 7-year in my teaching career, I had a track record of 90% improvement in the academic career of my students. The reasons behind the same is my believe that every child is different and unique and they need to be understood by their mentors and the method of teaching should be according to them.
I am involved in counselling the parents how to provide a healthy environment at home so that the child grows well and becomes a competitive individual in every area of life.
My objective is to obtain a responsible and challenging position within your organization that will allow me to explore new areas and learn fresh skills while utilizing my previous experiences to improve beyond my abilities.
