Anybody who's kid got selected, finished the interaction section with Principal already? If yes, how did it go? what all they asked? will there be any chances of rejection during this interaction process?

Hello Vidya, go for Sophia. they believe in all round development of the child and have lot of activities for the kids. My second daughter is in Junior 1 now and i am admitting my younger daughter in the same school.

I do agree with Indu. Same here, my elder daughter is in Junior 1, n joining my younger kid also to Sophia......Its one of the best school in Bangalore....

Does sophias have montessori in their preschool section? What are some of the extra curricular activities for children in the age group of 3-6? Do they encourage sports or outdoor activities everyday? Your input may help me decide for next year. thanks in advance

Congratulations to all those whose children have been selected. Had called the school yesterday and was informed that all letters have been dispatched. If we don't receive letter by this week end. We can personally check @ the school office next week - Tuesday on wards. The school is closed from tomorrow till Monday on account of Good Friday and Easter. more»

Thanks a lot , Seema. 66k is the wholesome amount for a year, out of this around 37K would be for the tution and cultural activity fee. Rest is as development fee and other charges applicable for the initial year. At the time of admission you will get a break up of all. Yearly fee will be near to 37 or 38K, so lets see the actual figures at the time... more»

hi all,
congrats to all who got and best wishes to those are waiting. i was surprised to know the fee structure. although they are one of the most sought after schools, their fee is very low. i am not complaining. but hats off to them. what could be the reason for this low fee?

Hello Seema, Congratulations! Even my daughter got selected. We have to meet principal on 09.04.2013. They have private reliable transport available. Since my elder daughter is in the same school, so we don't have any problem sending the child to the school. All the best!

@nithya are they sending letters for nonselection too...i didn't got letter till now so thought they wont send for kids who didnot got selected. I too am working mother so keeping fingers crossed for my daughter. I think they prefer non working mom..any ways don't get disheartened as it all depends on child capabilities what they do in life. Hello Indu, Congrats to you too and thanks a lot for your reply. We have been asked to come for the meeting on 13th April. This time they asked to pay 66k as fee.. they did not say what is the admission fee and how much is the annual fee in that.. do you know how much is the yearly fees that i will have to pay next year onwards?
