IdentityI am a hardworking postgraduate specialised in microbiology with an overall 74.50% (2nd Rank). I have qualified CSIR-UGC NET (AIR 27), GATE, and ASRB NET examinations and currently pursuing my PhD from SRM University.
My current project is "Management of Multi Drug Resistant (MDR) Uropathogenic bacteria causing Urinary tract infection" funded by ICMR.
I have worked as a junior research fellow at ICGEB New Delhi in the Molecular Medicine Group under the supervision of Prof. Virendar S. Chauhan.
My research at ICGEB comprises peptide synthesis (solid and liquid phases), bacterial and mammalian cell culture, antimicrobial properties of self-made peptides, and their MIC against diverse bacteria such as E. coli, Salmonella sp., Staphylococcus aureus, and others.
