Is writing English more difficult than speaking English in speeches and debates?

Firstly your sentence formation should be correct and your Grammer should be good then move forward and think about topic of your speech and debate when topic is clear in your mind then form a creative lines of that topic in your mind and put them on paper then read your draft which you have written... ...more

It's not difficult it's just on you how you take that topic on your part, it's on your understanding level...
