Firstly, You need to be obvious about the kind of skills you want to develop.
In What field you want to move in? Is it Commerce, Non-med, med, Arts, Computers or any other.
Secondly, Focus on the Target, You will get many "Alluring Hurdles".
By this, I mean, You will find them alluring, but they will be your real hurdle.
Lastly, Hardwork. I m sure You know the meaning of Hardwork.
