Following is my self assessment about my work.

I worked in the field of Teaching and R&D for about 8 years and 6 months. I have a work experience in the reputed college, state and national research institute.
Since I worked for the academic research institute, I had a privilege to do research as well as teaching and training the students also. I am interested in applying for a teaching position. This position enables me to provide the students with a â??head startâ?? in mastering basic skills in bio science. I am challenged to be creative, nurturing, and most of all, patient. I also have the enthusiasm and determination to ensure that I make a success of this role.
