Communication is my favourite subject through which all others aspects like behaviour,anger,change mgt,career counselling,etc become easier to deliver.I listen a lot to understand people's entire gamut of issues they are facing and having problems to come out from.I like to see transformation in their lives which is the only index of my performance that is reflected in my interaction with them.While being in the Army for 26 years and in the Corporate world later, I have realised that :You may have the best of gun/equipment in the world,but as long as the man operating it, is not in a right frame of mind to use it,the gun/equipment is rendered redundant.So I lay more emphasis on human relations and behaviour than all other aspects.These days people have time for evereyone and everything but themselves.This results in failure to understand themselves and their strengths.More often than not,we ignore our positve thoughts & goals and keep worrying about our weak points which take our time, thus draining our energy that is required to move forward.I have been able to change the way the people think and move ahead in their lives according to their goals & aspirations.Planning and setting goals in life,is necessary for every day action in our lives, as much as we aspire to be our best in whatever we do.Procrastination is a major hurdle, as it retards thinking process & affects our will to act.So act "ACT NOW" is my mantra in life,which keeps enhancing my desire to be HAPPY.
