  1. Right body posture is the key: Observe your position by standing straight. You should neither lean forward ward nor leaning backwards; you make sure your whole body is erect, straight; your shoulders are parallel and observe your head is not tilted in any other direction. 

 

  1. Don’t just breathe, make it count: The movement of our breath varies depending upon if we are in a calm or fearful situation. So, if you find yourself stuck in panic, take a 2-3 deep breath and let you breath goes down to your belly and breathe it out. Repeat, and you will observe calmness.
  2. It’s all about the (right) energy: Our energies and emotions are connected. Take the emotions out and focus on energy. Make sure that energy is spread to your whole body. You can use the smile to do the same. Let your smile fall deep in your heart, and in your belly. It will make your body more balanced and energetic.
  3. Watch your thoughts: It’s obvious to imagine everything going wrong in your mind amid chaos. But we have to be watchful what thought run in our mind. We should change the negative or any fearful thought with positive thinking.
