IdentityWith more than 13 years of experience as a Senior Video Editor in NETWORK 18 (CNN-IBN, CNBC and HOMESHOP18), Since 2014, I have been working as a Senior Manager in the video editing department and looking after Post Production Department, which consists of programming, promos, as well as External Media Department. I am responsible for handling the day-to-day operations of the editing team, maintaining the high quality of post-production work (including Promos, AVs and Shoots), distributing the workload evenly amongst staff and making sure that the motivation and performance levels are maintained.
