Sidharth Thapa

I hold a Master's degree in Science in Yogic Science from Shri Guru Ram Rai University, Pathribagh Dehradun. Additionally, I have completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course from Yoga Alliance USA. My academic focus included a thesis on Human Biomechanics and Kinesiology, and I specialize in teaching Human Anatomy and Physiology, as well as Diet and Nutrition. I am also a certified Personal Trainer and have over six years of experience in the fitness field.

Professionally, I am associated with Yogarth Yog Shala and currently work as a yoga teacher and instructor at Aarogyam Yoga Studio. I am preparing for the UGC NET exam to further my career in academia. Moreover, I am an alumnus of the Institute of Technology & Management, where I am now applying for the position of Assistant Professor in the Yoga Department. My passion for yoga and fitness drives me to continue learning and sharing my knowledge with others.
