I have worked some Leading Organizations in India in the Managerial Capacity as a HR Manager in the department of Personnel & Administration, Industrial Relation, and Training & Development. Since last 10 years I have been working in the Education Sector in the Department of Management Education, working with some reputed Management Institutions and University, working as a Campus Head / Management Teacher / Trainer, in the area of HR, OB, Employment Labour Law, Commercial and Industrial Law, and Training & Development. I am AMT Certificate Holder from All India Management Association, (AIMA), New Delhi, in the area of Human Resource Management . I am the professional Member of some leading Management Association in the area of HR and Training & Development like AIMA, New Delhi, NIPM, Kolkata, ISTD, and New Delhi.
