During my one-year teaching experience at Barak Valley School in Silchar, I had the wonderful opportunity to impart knowledge and inspire young minds in several subjects. My primary responsibility was to teach English, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies (SST) to students ranging from classes 1 to 7. In my role as a teacher, I designed lesson plans that catered to the unique needs and abilities of each student. I engaged students in interactive and participatory learning activities, ensuring a conducive and exciting classroom environment. By implementing various teaching methods and strategies, including visual aids, audiovisual resources, and hands-on experiments, I aimed to make the learning experience enjoyable and impactful. <br/>I focused not only on delivering the curriculum content but also on fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills among students. Through regular assessments and feedback, I closely monitored their progress and provided individualized guidance to help them overcome challenges and realize their full potential. <br/>Additionally, I actively collaborated with colleagues and parents to create a supportive educational ecosystem, organizing parent-teacher meetings and communicating regularly to keep them informed of their child's progress and areas of improvement. <br/>My experience at Barak Valley School has enriched my teaching abilities and enhanced my understanding of the diverse needs of students. It has equipped me with effective communication, classroom management, and organizational skills, enabling me to create a positive and stimulating learning environment. <br/>Overall, my teaching experience at Barak Valley School has been a rewarding journey filled with growth, learning, and the joy of shaping and nurturing young minds.
