I have taught Kathak, rabindra nritya and folk dance in Kolkata from 2005-2011. I have taught undergraduate course on Indian/Bollywood dance at Macquarie University, Sydney in 2011 and 2012. Besides, I have also taken guest/master Kathak classes in Sydney. I have taught children between 4-7years old as well as young batches of students (both male and female) between 14-25 years. Depending on the venue and given resources I change my teaching style to suit the student base and the particular institution I am working with. I am interested in developing group/solo choreography on different topics with dancers where one can explore costume/light/stage and dance movements.
