I am an enthusiastic yoga teacher who want to make changes in people's lives through YOGA. The better changes in their health, mind, body and soul. Yoga not only changes you physically,mentally as well as spiritually. The aim is to provide as much awareness as possible about yoga and make people accept it as their compulsory daily ritual. I am a certified yoga teacher and in love with yoga since a very young age, and I will be connected to yoga throughout my life. I've found my solace, myself in yoga. I wish to make people feel the same through it.
