IdentityHi team , my name is Shilpa and I can be your yoga friend . I'm practicing yoga when I was 3 years old because my doctor was suggested me to operate my tonsil but there was some side effects like dumbness ,stammering's and also he suggest to do yoga regularly . So my parents did the same. After some time my all health problems was just vanish.. and yoga became a passion for me . and now I choose it as a profession . I have achieved many awards from district level yoga competition , state level yoga competition , Bengal level yoga competition and also did national level competition for 4 times..
