I am a nutritionist and I have worked with Sampoorna Ahara - a healthy whole food, oil free meal delivery service designed by Doctors for patients with diabetes, high blood pressure, kidney issues, cancer, etc as a health coach and Executive Assistant for more than a year (1.3 years) where I have assisted in consultation, healthy recipe creation meeting daily nutritional quota, managing stock from our organic vendors, have helped in creation of Diabetes Masterclass course under nutritionscience.in - sister enterprise of SampoornaAhara, ensuring all cooking done through healthy methods. This January, I joined Squash Foods - another healthy meal delivery service for wellness enthusiast individuals specializing in nutritionist designed, slow cooked in traditional cookware, oil free plant based meals where science is combined with traditional nutritional wisdom, with founding member a gut health expert with specialisation in naturally made probiotic foods. I have personally tutored while growing up and have been told that my strengths are clarity in basic health concepts to form own opinions without which in a field of nutrition, a new person would always be left confused. I have interest in both weight management diets, pregnancy or lactation diet as well as disease based therapeutic diets. I am also pursuing a post graduate diploma in clinical nutrition under IGMPI, HRD Ministry, Government of India. I have done several short term courses, read several books by American and Indian nutritionists, doctors, interacted in live sessions on diet before I started working in this field to enhance my core knowledge and I hope I can share the same while teaching.
