What we should do to easily stretch our body & learn the dance steps?

Regular practices makes things go easier.. The more u stretch the more flexible you are to move around through the musicality which flows continuously inside you but you are unaware of that due to the rusts in yo muscles.. So practice hard.. Try yo level best to reach the nxt level.. Peace
