Only byhearting the subject & completing the paper of 100 marks within a period of 3 hrs is not education. Every child should be very much clear with the concepts mentioned in the syllabus, then automatically the education n study becomes a altogether a very good experience.
Need to understand each child's Level of understanding,
if not possible to understand each & every child's need, can be decided by taking a basic aptitude test. n groups of children having similar type of interest could be made.
which makes our job easy & even children get to learn about there favourity subject
which helps them to a better human being & also helps in building careers I must say there lives.
I am teaching since last 4 years the thing that i have observe that parents want there children to be the part of race, & the top winner of the race they dont understand that everyone is not same,
