IdentityNamaste! I’m Ramkrishna Pattanayak, a certified Yoga Instructor with over 8 years of experience in therapeutic, classical, and modern yoga. I hold a Master’s degree in Naturopathy and Yogic Science as well as a Master’s in Psychology, and I am a certified Ashtanga Vinyasa (200-hour) practitioner.
My work combines ancient yogic wisdom with modern science. I specialize in helping people manage and recover from a range of conditions including back pain, muscular disorders, arthritis, diabetes, blood pressure issues, sleep disorders, digestive problems, and mental health challenges such as stress, anxiety, and depression.
Beyond yoga, I have expertise in fitness modalities like cardio training, core stability workouts, boot camps, Pilates, aqua yoga, and beach fitness programs. My sessions are designed to be holistic, combining physical, mental, and emotional well-being practices.
I currently teach two online yoga group classes daily and have also worked with special needs students, especially those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). I regularly visit an institute that serves 100+ children with autism and have seen up to 40% improvement through consistent yoga practices.
My yoga classes are also part of the curriculum at IIT Bhubaneswar, where yoga is mandatory for first-year students. I have conducted stress management courses in schools and colleges, and I hold certifications for delivering such workshops.
While I prefer conducting online classes, I also collaborate with institutions and can arrange certifications upon request. I’m passionate about making yoga accessible, transformative, and deeply healing for all kinds of students.
