I have 20 years experiences worked in Formerly Mc dowell & co. Ltd Rosa, Shahjahanpur U.P. From year 1993 to 2005, as a production co-coordinator in production, Commercial and SCM department and managed all workforce head count of approx.1250 (permanent, causal, temporary and contract workers.) WITH 20+ senior Executives & I looked after hr department handled compensation/payroll, employee relations, performance appraisal, recruitment, trade unions and hiring process print and electronic media and head hunting etc. ( united sprites limited ). I have skilled of all labour laws that are required in hr department.
