I became a yoga practitioner to love myself and became a yoga teacher to make other's love themselves.
Yoga and fitness have my become my passion and I love learning different styles of yoga and yeah teaching them too.

My styles of teaching includes:
▪️ Yog(authentic style) ,
▪️ Hatha yoga
▪️Power Yoga
▪️ aerobics(as i love dancing)
both online as well as offline.

Currently I am working with FITTR and with it
working as a free lancer.
I started giving sessions when the 1st nation lockdown was imposed ( in 2020)

And as far as my academic qualifications are concerned,
So I have completed my masters in yoga sciences from university of patanjali, Haridwar in sept 2021 . I got graduated in b.com(taxation) from Kurukshetra University .

I had scored 2nd position in 1st and 3rd semester and 3rd position in 4th semester in my masters.
I wrote a research paper(yet not published) on pineal gland as a physical locus of ajna chakra as a dessertation in last semester and scored highest marks in the there.

I am quite spiritual person and believes in energies and karma. I love dancing and reading books. The first book which made me spiritual and increased my interest in reading such books was DEATH by Sadhguru and after that i read books like The alchemist , Karma etc.

I am looking ahead to work with fitness companies ,corporate companies ,Yoga studios or educational institutions.
