Hi Sivaram, They will ask for child should complete 4 years.Last year they have refused to give the form after seeing the birth certificate even though she will be 3yrs 10months. Its worth to visit them directly on issuing date.

Just now called up the school and came to know that the forms will be given by Jan 4th & 5th 2013. While collecting the forms you need to produce the birth certificate of your child.

My daughter will be 3 years 8 months by June 2013. Will she be eligible for LKG Admission ?

@ Nitesh last year i went to collect the form but they refused to give it, since my daughter will be completing 4 years by july 2012. So your daughter should complete 4 years by june. However its worth to visit them directly.
