The biggest change what Neet 2020 exam had was its new paper pattern which was introduced for the first time in 2020 which included the addition of new section in each subject. Earlier each subject used to have 45 questions which in 2020 onwards became 50 questions per subject which were divided in Section - A(35 questions in which all were compulsory to attempt) and Section - B(15 questions out of which any 10 have to be attempted)
