IdentityI am a professional full time fitness trainer since last 3 years. worked with gold's gym and currently working as a personal trainer in Fitness First. Also giving home/online training. I have done bachelor in physical education as well as i am certified personal trainer from golds gym fitness institute. also done level 4 certification of American council of exercise (ACE) and European Register of exercise professionals (EREPS), both are international certification. trained from ACSM and currently pursuing lot more like cross fit strength and conditioning etc.
My key skills are Fat loss, strength training, function training, cardiovascular training, weight management and recovery, rehabilitation etc. For me my accomplishment is results which i gave to peoples according to their goal whom are training with me.
