About Me:

My name is Kestley (26), and I am passionate about guiding individuals on their transformative journeys towards healing, self-discovery, and personal growth.

My credentials include an Addiction Recovery and Psycho-Spiritual Transformation coaching certificate from Being True to You, as well as a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification. Additionally, I hold a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies from San Diego State University, where I gained a deep appreciation for various fields and their potential for holistic healing. While pursuing my Masters in Counseling Psychology, I have completed 17 units of coursework towards my LMFT, further expanding my knowledge and understanding of the human psyche.

I believe in the power of combining various modalities to support individuals in their healing and transformational journeys. I primarily work with somatic (body-based) and present-moment approach, sometimes involving safe experiments, to create a supportive and nurturing container for change and goal-setting, I also enjoy working with people who are action oriented and want to work on goal-setting. My view is that I am not necessarily coaching you, rather empowering you to find your own answers within. Through my own healing process, I gained invaluable insights and the tools to help others navigate their own psycho-spiritual experiences.

Having traveled to over 20 countries, I have developed a deep appreciation for different cultures and their unique approaches to healing and well-being. Thes perspectives have enriched my understanding of the human experience and further fueled my commitment to providing compassionate and support to those I work with.
