Experience Summary:



Degree in Mechanical Engineer with over 7+ year’s automobile
industry experience in Vehicle Integration & packaging, vehicle
aggregates DMU, CAD modeling, drafting. Gained significant knowledge
of the design and development of chassis system and its components in
Renaults Nissan under a small car chassis components fuel systems
exhaust systems steering wheel. AMW under projects 1618 TFF launched
by AMW in Defence expo 2012, 2.5LPTA & 2.5 AMBULANCE SWB (4x4) through
the on job experience. Hands on experience in 3D modeling, drafting,
large assemblies on Unigraphics NX3-7.5 and Auto CAD CATIA.



AREAS OF EXPOSURE



PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & VEHICLE PACKAGING & CHASSIS DESIGN
Preparation of Digital Mock-ups (DMU) with aggregate wise
Design change modification, generation of manufacturing drawing using GD&T.
Creating 3D layouts/assembly, 2D to 3D conversion of drawings, new
part drawings.
Drawing release for prototype and monitoring the proto-vehicle.
Resolution of line and field related issue, design review and ECN release.
Interfacing with customers and Project Leads, onsite co-ordinator
with input data sheet for developing new designs of

Automotive Components.
Generating conceptual designs, understanding the product requirement.
Preparation of propeller shaft layout for LAM & LSV
Knowledge of design tolls like DFMEA, GD&T, DFA\DFS, and PLM.
