IdentityIn my early days as a student in PU and graduation was greatly influenced by my lecturers. most of my accomplishments are because of there guidance and encouragement. from those days only, i always fascinated about teaching and becoming teacher. Teaching is a position, where i can create skills, enthusiasm and confidence in the minds of students, so that they can create there own path.
i have been teaching chemistry, biochemistry, forensic science, narcotic drugs and environmental chemistry from last 15 years. Most of my teaching hours is spend on teaching in the field of CET and coaching other entrance examination for class XII. I
chemistry and its application in everyday life has always fascinated me. i always teach students about subject through there surrounding and it has given me good feedback. i am strengthening on this point from time to time. I always try to create enthusiasm in the subject or the topic by different means. it may take some time, but the effect are long term. they will be able to appreciate the subject and correlate with it. I am also voracious reader and researcher. i have been publishing research article in different field from time to time in many national and international journals. Because of this dynamism, i am able to blend my subject with various things around me and can present the same subject from various angle. This approach will allow the student to assimilate the subject easily. The readings will help me in understanding new aspects about our subject.
I have also collected various documents and prepared many powerpoint presentation for most of my topics. The use of visual study material has been great starter for my classes. i have also presented around 60 to 70 papers in various national and international conferences and journals. i have been awarded with three research projects from VGST (Vision group of science and technology), Govt of Karnataka and research cell of Jain university. Many students have been guided for various projects in the field of chemistry and biochemistry. I am also guide for M. Phil students and 5 students have been awarded under my guidance for M Phil.
