Yes. There is mandatory rotation in MBBS for learning the specialities that u gained knowledge through these years. It is application of what you have learnt. Unless the clinical postings are covered , one may not excel in Mbbs and there is no meaning in doing this profession. It is not a money making job.it is a blessed job to care others and have a passionate heart. Only then one will excel in this profession.. It is not getting a certificate degree

Since am a doctor and a tutor in urban pro, I would like to tell that group study play a major role in theory and practical...aspect for recollection of matter u learnt.. group study is effective to a certain extent in undergraduate level only once u understand and learn the matter by your own.
